The sort of strategy job that i would love to do is strategic planning. I would love to do this job because it is challenging as well as you need to be highly practical about the knowledge you have.
The skills i have on this strategy role are:
I am hard working and decent. I believe in myself because i know what i am capable of. I am creative and i can analyse a situation and also adapt as per the needs of the firm. When opportunity arises, i never back down and i never back out. I believe in an organized system of work rather than a messy one because organized system results in efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
I am very much committed towards my work and i can seriously separate my personal and professional life. I can work fast and think straight under pressure too. I can be a leader who can motivate the employees and organize them together so that they become a productive asset to the organization. I believe in team work and in my view, delegation, decentralization goes hand in hand with motivation.
thus, everything i mentioned above are the qualities that are needed in any type of job.
Other things apart from these are- my educational background with good base about strategy making and planning, my interest in doing something creative as well as challenging intellectual and the work environment is suitable for me.
